If you broadcast council meetings or other meetings with Presidium, you can show Digitalstudion’s meeting page, with video, agenda and speakers, directly on the broadcast’s page in your Play Portal. Viewers use the same address before, during and after the meeting. The broadcast is published to the portal as usual; the connection only changes what the broadcast’s own page shows.
How to switch the connection on
The connection is a module on your account that you cannot enable yourselves. Contact your account manager and ask for meeting integration to be enabled. Once it is on, the Meeting integration tab appears in the settings of every live broadcast.
How to connect a broadcast
- Create or open the live broadcast under Live in Mediaflow.
- Go to the Meeting integration tab.
- Switch on Enable meeting integration.
- Choose Presidium in the Meeting system list. The link field appears once a system is chosen.
- Paste the Presidium link into the Presidium embed link field.
- Save. The field is checked when you save, and an error is shown in the field itself.
What to paste
Paste the embed link you find in Presidium. It points to your own Presidium address, which ends in .webbtvkf.se, and contains iframe, for example:
<https://organisation.webbtvkf.se/?20261105&iframe>
The following is not accepted:
- A link starting with http:// instead of https://.
- The link to the public meeting page, without iframe.
- A link to any server other than an address on
.webbtvkf.se. - A link containing a username or password.
What viewers see
On the broadcast’s page in the portal, Digitalstudion’s meeting page replaces the standard player at full width, with video and agenda. The content and look of that page are controlled by Digitalstudion.
After the meeting
The broadcast’s page keeps showing Digitalstudion’s meeting page when the meeting is over. What the page shows then is decided by Digitalstudion. The recording saved as a video in Mediaflow is an ordinary video without the agenda. If the broadcast is set to be removed when finished, the page disappears from the Play Portal.
If something does not work
- The Meeting integration tab is missing: the module is not enabled on your account. Contact your account manager.
- The field does not appear: choose a meeting system in the list first.
- An error when saving: read the error in the field and compare with the list above. The most common cause is the public page link pasted without iframe.
- The standard player shows in the portal: check that meeting integration is switched on for that broadcast and that the broadcast is saved.
- The meeting page shows the wrong content: check that the link is correct. Otherwise, the content comes from Digitalstudion. Contact them.
