What is Mediaflow Live?
With Mediaflow's Live Module, you can easily stream live broadcasts using a GDPR-compliant infrastructure. Live streaming lets you instantly reach more people with your information, create relationships with your viewers, and build your brand. By enabling the Q&A function for your broadcast, you give viewers the opportunity to submit questions that can be answered during the broadcast.
You can use live broadcasts to:
-
Make information accessible to more people: Those who cannot attend a physical meeting can still access the information in real-time.
-
Inspire: Host lectures, training sessions and events to reach a wider audience.
-
Invite viewers to engage in a dialogue: For example, by allowing them to submit questions using Mediaflow's Q&A function. This will create engagement and help you learn what your target audience is interested in.
-
Build your brand: Host training sessions or webinars on relevant topics where you are experts.
-
For internal meetings: The same information reaches more people simultaneously.
-
Spread critical information quickly: For example, to communicate during a crisis.
This is included in Mediaflow Live:
Mediaflow Live is an add-on service to Video Manager that allows you to create and manage live broadcasts directly in your Mediaflow account. You will have access to these features:
-
The Control Room: Gives a good overview of your broadcast and quick access to all essential features. This is where you create new live broadcasts and adjust their settings. You can also see statistics for ongoing and completed broadcasts here.
-
The ability to create reusable stream keys that save time.
-
Q&A: Allows viewers to submit questions.
-
Flexible publishing options: Publish your live broadcast on a play portal, with a unique link, or through an embed code.
Publish your broadcast in a Play Portal
A Play Portal is a media portal specifically tailored for video and ideal for live broadcasts. You can gather all your broadcasts in one place and easily create different video lists by topic. In the settings for your live broadcast, you can choose when your live broadcast will be visible in your portal and when you want to promote it on the portal's homepage.
