The Mediaflows Start page is designed to give you a more personalised experience with content tailored to your work. It aims to help you work more focused, get started faster, and gain a better overview. In addition to editable shortcuts, you will also see news from Mediaflow about new functionality, information from your organisation, and a stream of the latest events.
Customise the homepage
Header image and logo
If you are a pro user, you can customise the page header image and add your logo to give your users a more welcoming impression. You do this by clicking on the edit pen in the top right corner of the image. You then retrieve the image and logo from folders in Mediaflow and save your settings.
Editing the cover image is a group permission that an administrator needs to activate for the current group. You can find the permission under “Administration”.
Customise your shortcuts
You can customise which shortcuts you see to quickly find what you need. Here, you can create shortcuts to folders or Mediaflows for preset shortcuts. To customise your shortcuts, click on edit.
You can then add, remove, and move your shortcuts, either by drag and drop or by clicking the three dots for each shortcut.
Find the right content faster
Further down the page, you will see shortcuts to your selections, web shares, and Media portals. If you click here, you will go directly to the correct selection, web snare, or portal. These shortcuts are fixed and cannot be removed.
