Mediaflow is a cloud-based service, and you can access your materials at https://accounts.mediaflow.com/.
You log in with your username and password. If you've logged in before, your username is saved automatically in your browser, and the password field is highlighted. If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot password?" link. You will then receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
You remain logged in until you actively log out or close your browser. You are never automatically logged out due to inactivity. To log out, go to My Profile > Log Out.
Mediaflow on Mobile Devices
It is possible to log in and use Mediaflow from a browser on mobile devices, but Mediaflow is not fully optimized for smaller screens. For example, button and text sizes do not adjust, making the experience less user-friendly.
Logging in with SSO
If your organization has purchased the option to log into Mediaflow or a Media Portal using SSO (Single Sign-On), users can access multiple applications and services with the same credentials. This minimizes the need to remember different usernames and passwords, enhancing the user experience and saving time. SSO also reduces the risk of weak passwords, boosting security.
Account Settings
By clicking the My Account icon in the top-right corner of the interface, you can adjust several settings for your Mediaflow account.
Here, you can:
-
Switch between light and dark mode
-
Enable Super Admin mode (if you have permission)
-
Manage profile settings
Under My Profile, you can enter personal details such as your email address, phone number, company name, and upload a profile picture.
You can also choose whether messages from other users should be sent to your registered email. Under Language, you can select your preferred language for Mediaflow. This is a personal setting for each user. You can also reset your password here, which will trigger an email with instructions on how to proceed.
Permissions in Mediaflow
The content you can see and the features you have access to in Mediaflow depend on which user group you belong to. These settings are managed by an administrator.
