In Mediaflow, you can easily invite colleagues who need access to the system. You control user permissions by creating user groups that fit your organization. This is an efficient way to ensure that each user has access to the functions and content most relevant to them.
Logging into Mediaflow
Since Mediaflow is a cloud-based service, you can always access your materials easily by logging in via a web browser at https://accounts.mediaflow.com/. To log in, enter your username and password. Once logged in, you can customize your account settings in Mediaflow, such as choosing between light or dark mode and selecting your preferred language.
Log in with SSO
If your organization has purchased the option to log in to Mediaflow or a Media Portal using SSO (Single Sign-On), users can access multiple applications and services with the same credentials. This reduces the need to remember multiple usernames and passwords, improving user experience and saving time. It also enhances security by reducing the risk of weak passwords.
Managing Users and Groups
You manage your own users in Mediaflow and choose which user type and the user groups they should belong to. Permissions in Mediaflow are managed by creating user groups, ensuring that each user has access to the most relevant functions and content. You create user groups and assign users to them, then set permissions that apply to the entire group. A user can belong to multiple user groups.
