Import images from Mediaflow
In order to access images in Videobuddy's integration with Mediaflow, you need to have shared folders in Mediaflow with Videobuddy. Read more about how to share folders and what you should consider here.
The integration with Mediaflow gives you the ability to insert your own images into the films that Videobuddy creates for and with you.
In the example below, we have already asked Videobuddy to create a film for us based on our instructions. We have chosen to have four scenes. What we can do now is replace one of the standard images that Videobuddy has selected for us with images from Mediaflow.
- The different scenes of the clip are displayed in a vertical list on the left side of your screen; click on the scene you want to replace the image for.
- Under Scene in the tool tab on the right side of the screen, click on the icon for Background image.
- Click on the tab Mediaflow. The folders that you have shared from Mediaflow to Videobuddy will then be displayed.
- Click on the folder you want to display files from, or perform a search in the search field at the top right corner. There you can easily enable AI search and then get search results based on what AI considers the images motives to depict.
- To see the different files available in the various folders, click on Files. When you click on an image, the tab File information will automatically display where you can see the metadata for the image.
- When you have found the image you want to insert into Videobuddy, click on Use this file.
- In the next step, you can crop the image if you wish, either freely or by using a download format. You can also choose to use the entire image and use Videobuddy's cropping tool if you prefer that.
- Finish by clicking on Use this file again.
- Depending on the format you have chosen for your film, you may be asked about cropping by Videobuddy.
- Click on Save.
- The image has now been inserted into your film, and you can proceed to add effects, filters, and refine your film until you are satisfied.
