Collections in Mediaflow are extremely useful when you need to organize, share, or work with a specific group of media files without affecting the underlying structure of the media library. They are personal and saved under your login.
Collections make it easier to manage files from different folders, streamlining workflows and improving collaboration both within and outside the organization. Just like files can be available in multiple folders, they can also be available in personal selections.
You can, for example, use collections:
-
For a project – Gather relevant images, videos, or documents for a specific project or campaign.
-
For collaboration – If you're working with a colleague or an external partner, you can create a collection and share it instead of sending individual files.
-
For approval or feedback – Send a collection to someone who needs to review and approve the materials.
-
For temporary collections – If you don’t want to create a new folder but still need to gather materials temporarily.
-
For presentations – Use collections to display a curated set of files in a clean and cohesive way.
