Price examples for design templates

Design templates are customized based on your needs and unique documents and then programmed by our specialists. The cost of developing a template is therefore related to the time it takes to create a design template. The rule of thumb is that the more complex the templates are, the more time is needed. The final number of templates does not affect the cost - sometimes we create several template variants and sometimes we build multiple options into a single template. The basis for how the template is built is determined by user-friendliness and any limitations in the Design Generator.

The Design Generator Add-on

To use design templates in Mediaflow or in a media portal, you need to have a subscription license for the Design Generator.

Important Information About Template Costs

• In the process of developing templates, we make a time estimate which forms the basis for the template cost. This is based on your documentation which consists of both documents and an order specification.

• The process of developing templates includes a startup meeting, a couple of rounds of proofs, and a dedicated contact person from our side. Corrections that deviate from the original documentation, e.g., deciding along the way to add a layout choice or additional logic, may be billed separately, but we will inform you of this in advance. To make the process efficient, we expect to have a contact person on your side who approves the templates and collects any comments, etc.

• The Design Generator is constantly evolving, and new features are continuously added to the platform. These updates are included in the license and incur no additional costs.

• Any changes and updates to previously published templates are handled as a new order and you will receive a price quote to consider.

• Once you have accepted the cost of the templates, we schedule the production with our delivery team. Normally, a first proof is usually available to you within 2-4 weeks, subject to high workload.

   

Parameters Contributing to Template Complexity

• Number of variable/editable elements.

• Number of pages.

• Number of options in a template (e.g., different layout variants).

• Many customization options (e.g., multiple choices of font sizes, colors, etc.).

• Many element dependencies (e.g., text that moves depending on input in other text blocks).

• Multiple or advanced validation of user text input (e.g., to check correct phone number input, etc.).
