The deBroome Brand Portal is a digital brand platform where you can gather and manage everything related to your brand—all in one place. This includes guidelines for your visual identity and how various assets may be used. It helps ensure a consistent brand experience and improves collaboration both internally and externally.
What Mediaflow's Integration Enables
The integration between Mediaflow and the deBroome Brand Portal allows users to:

Import images from Mediaflow for use in your portal content.

Embed Mediaflow videos into your portal content using embed codes.

Automatically track image usage, so you can view a usage history in Mediaflow showing how files are being used in your portal.
Import Images from Mediaflow
Through the Mediaflow integration, you can select images directly from your Mediaflow library and insert them into the deBroome Brand Portal.

Navigate to the page in deBroome where you want to add images.

Expand the control panel in deBroome.
- Click Edit page.
- Click Image and choose the layout that suits you best from the content boxes — such as image with text, a large image, or 1 to 6 columns of images.

Drag the content box to the desired location on the page.

Double-click the grey image icon, or hover over it and select Add image from the menu on the left. This will open the file selector.

Select one of the already imported images, or click Mediaflow to import an image from your Mediaflow library.

If you choose Mediaflow, you'll see the content that has been shared from your Mediaflow account.

Browse through the shared folders or use the search bar to find the image you want to transfer to deBroome.

Once you've found the image you want to transfer to deBroome, click on it and then select Use this file.

The image will be added to the media library in deBroome and placed into the content box.

If the image has an alt text, it will automatically be copied to deBroome. If no alt text exists in Mediaflow, you can hover over the image in deBroome and manually add one.
The image is copied to deBroome
When you select an image to insert into a content block in deBroome, the file is copied from Mediaflow into deBroome. If you make changes to the image in Mediaflow afterward, the image in deBroome will not be updated automatically.
Usage is reported back to Mediaflow
When an image is transferred to deBroome, this action is logged in Mediaflow under the Usage tab. There, you can see the date and the specific page where the image was inserted.
Import videos from Mediaflow
You can easily embed videos from Mediaflow into deBroome. This is done by copying the video’s embed code and adding it to a content block in deBroome.

Expand the content menu in deBroome.

Select Special and drag the Media content block to the location where you want the video to appear.

Go to Mediaflow.com and navigate to the video file you want to embed.

Click the menu icon, select Share, and then choose Embed code.

Select Iframe and then copy the code.

Paste the code into the embed code field in deBroome.

Click Save.
ℹ️ Use Iframe when embedding video from Mediaflow
When copying an embed code for a video, you have two options: Iframe and JavaScript. To ensure the embedding works correctly with the deBroome integration, you must choose Iframe.
