In Mediaflow, there is an icon in the top right corner called Help and Support.
When you click on it, the support tab will open where you can enter questions for support.
Please note that only Pro users have access to chat, phone, and email support.
Basic users have access to the Knowledge Base.
You can always submit an error report here if you encounter a problem in the system. This will send a message to the support department. There is also the option to attach a file, such as a screenshot describing the issue. You can also use this feature to provide feedback, request new functionality, or share an idea for improvement.
How do I get the best help?
The more detailed your description of the issue is, the easier it is for us to reproduce and fix the problem:
- Please mention whether you are using a PC or Mac
- Desktop computer or laptop
- What operating system you are using (usually Windows) and which browser you are using (Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.)
The more information we have, the easier it is to assist you. If support can reproduce your issue, it becomes much easier to find a solution.
